Monomer casting nylon (MC nylon) is one of nylon materials ,which can be directly produced from molten monomers (CL) at normal pressure in the mold using NaOH as an activator and chain initiator vacuum-dehydration direct add to the mold which heat up to 165～195 ℃ beforehand, the activate material begin polymerization in the mold, finally , solidified to a board.

铸型尼龙是尼龙材料的一种，又称为单体浇铸尼龙或MC尼龙(Monomer Casting Nylon)，它是在常压下将熔融的原料己内酰胺单体用强碱性物质作催化剂，与助催化剂等助剂一起，经过真空脱水后直接注入到已预热至一定温度的模具中，物料在模具中进行快速聚合反应，凝固成的固体坯料。
