Method: Based on the character of Klebsiella that ferments inositol, and adonitol and is tolerant of carbenicillin, developing Maconkey-Inositol-Adonitol-Carbenicillin (MIAC) medium, observing the colonies of 33 strains of reference on different separating media, and assessing the proliferating effect and the practice appliance.
