Objective To determine the relative bias of T lymphocyte subsets percentages and absolute counts in patients with AIDS detected by two methods.

方法　选择 6 0份艾滋病患者的外周全血 ,分别用两种方法测定标本中 T细胞亚群的百分率和绝对值 ,将同一标本取得的两个结果进行线性回归和配对 t检验 ,并对 CD+ 4T细胞绝对计数作进一步分析 ,计算其线性方程 ,进行偏倚估计。
