Two methods of total phytosterols determination,H 3PO 4-H 2SO 4-FeCl 3 spectrophotography and H 3PO 4-H 2SO 4-FeNH 4(SO 4)·H 2O spectrophotography,were used to determine four kinds of phytosterol products,and compared with HPLC determination.
