Methods:A total of 102 suspected cases of early syphilis patients and 30 patients with non-secretory syphilis were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR),treponema pallidum hemagglutination test(TPHA),treponema pallidum enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(TP-ELISA) serum rapid reaction(RPR) and serum treponema pallidum(TP) detection.
