Phosphoarginine(PA) is a key phosphagen in invertebrates,which can provide an ATP pool for animals.

磷酸精氨酸是无脊椎动物体内一种重要的磷酸原,它能够给机体提供一个ATP的缓冲库,从而保证机体的能量供应处于平衡状态,并进而提高机体的抗应激能力。

Objective To study the effect of hypertonic stimulation on the expression of phosphotyrosine in supraoptic nucleus of rat.

方法成年SD大鼠随机分为高渗组和对照组(每组n=5),分别腹腔注射高渗盐水、生理盐水,2 h后用4%多聚甲醛灌注固定,取脑作30μm冰冻切片,进行磷酸酪氨酸和c-Fos蛋白的免疫组织化学染色。

Results Polysialylated neuronal cell adhesion molecule and phosphotyrosine immunoreactive cells were found in subventricular zone, and they have same distributions, however, no any parvalbulin immunoreactive cells were found in subventricular zone.

结果　侧脑室前部外侧壁的脑室下层细胞表现为多唾液酸神经细胞粘附分子和磷酸酪氨酸阳性 ,并且二者在脑室下层的分布是一致的 ;而小白蛋白则在脑室下层表现为阴性。
