The different explants of Chinese yam,different antioxidants in medium and culture method were tested in this study.

天然草皮烧成的火土或堆制成腐殖土用作培养基质生产地毯式草坪，其效果显著优于纯土壤的生产效果（Ｐ＜００５），与报导的培养基质（砂壤土∶锯末∶奶牛粪∶草碳＝４∶３∶２∶１）无差异（Ｐ＞００５）。

Festuca rubra, Poa pratensis , Agrostis stolonifera were used in this experiment as the testing material and the organic matter, the inorganic matter+organic were used as the lawn substance foundation.

试验以紫羊茅Festuca rubra,草地早熟禾Poa pratensis,匍匐剪股颖Agrostis stolonifera 为试验草种,以有机营养基质、无机营养基质+有机营养基质为草坪培养基质,研究无土草坪的实用生产技术,通过与有土草坪的分析比较,结果表明:无土草坪具有成坪时间短,质量轻,可任意剪成任何形状,起运方便,用途广等特点,是一项值得推广的利国利民的生产技术。
