背景与目的:眼部主要是单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(Herpes simplex virus,HSV-1)感染,以往的研究发现HSV-1 病毒主要潜伏在三叉神经节、颈交感神经节等部位,后来在鼠的虹膜、睫状体、颈上神经节、人的角膜、杏仁体、海马、脑干等部位发现HSV-1,近年来在睫状神经节、翳状胬肉也发现了HSV-1。
