F2 hybrids

The association of self-fruitful rate and rate of pollen stained with 1%I2-KI of F2 of A2 cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS)and A3 CMS in Sorghum was analyzed with F2 populations of three A2CMS cross classifications(A2T×622×Jinliang 5,A2V4×1383-2 and A2V4×Jinliang 5) and three A3CMS cross classifications(A3 299×1174、A3 2457×1174、A3JW×1174).

以高粱3个A2类型杂交种(A2TX622×晋粱5号、A2V4×1383-2、A2V4×晋粱5号)和3个A3类型杂交种(A3299×1174、A32457×1174、A3JW×1174)的F2群体为材料,来进行A2?A3类型高粱F2代花粉碘染色率与田间自交结实率之间关系的研究。
