本课题旨在厘清英国设计委员会(Design Council)在其60余年的活动史中,对英国设计公共政策系统所产生的影响,并试图通过这一研究,初步探讨一个设计促进组织在设计公共政策系统中的地位、作用、发生作用所依赖的因素及其对设计公共政策所可能产生的影响,以及它与该系统中其它要素之间的关系。
