对竹山下铀矿床中蚀变糜棱岩的矿物成分进行了研究，发现了一种新型Ｕ－Ｗ共生的蚀变糜棱岩型铀矿床，铀矿物主要是晶质铀矿；指出相应的成矿作用为燕山早期（１６５×１０６ａ±）气热高温热液铀成矿作用。
