TC4钛合金轮圈热旋成形技术研究

The temperature field of the solidification simulation for the large gear ring castings has been made with HUA ZHU CAE software, the position of shrinkage is watched ,Based on this,the design of these castings has been optimized,then ,analyzing and compare the simulation result.

利用华铸CAE软件,对大型齿轮圈铸钢件进行了凝固过程的数值模拟,发现了缩孔、缩松缺陷产生的部位,在此基础上对其铸造工艺进行了优化,然后对模拟结果进行了分析与比较。

Using Huazhu CAE software,the solidification process of large gear ring castings was simulated,the shrinkage was discovered,its position was defined,its cause and mechanism was analyzed.

利用华铸CAE软件对大型齿轮圈铸钢件进行了凝固过程的数值模拟,发现了缩孔、缩松缺陷,确定了其产生的位置,分析了其产生原因及机理。
