DC conductivity

The phase structures of the interfacial product were analysed,the DC conductivity of the interfacial product was measured at different temperatures and their AC conductivity was done at different temperatures and different frequency.

分析了界面产物的物相结构,测试了界面产物在不同温度下的直流电导率和不同温度不同频率下的交流电导率,给出了不同掺杂阴极样品的载流子的活化能,研究了界面产物对电输运性能的影响。
