We introduced the latitude-yarn real-time monitoring system in this paper.

本文研究的纬纱实时监控系统设计了高低压启动电路控制八路选色选纬器，克服了一般国产织机采用光电式选纬的缺点，使选纬动作启动迅速，工作稳定可靠；介绍了可以扩大被检纬纱种类和织造工艺要求的15级纬纱检测器灵敏度调节电路；实现了纬纱检测处理电路及其和微处理器控制电路的硬件接口，它可在设定的纬纱检测区内满足不同的纬控形式要求及定位停车要求，使织机的连续性更好，自动化程度更高，解决了现有国产织机存在的问题；在智能显控系统中实现了主微处理器和显控系统微处理器异步串行通信的硬件电路，以及抗干扰性较好的电平转换电路设计，使之适应恶劣的织造环境。
