Fabry-Perot(简称F-P)光学共振腔与常用的光学滤光片有相似之处,一个F-P共振腔对不同频率的光具有不同的透过率,而且对其腔长进行微小调整即可显著改变F-P光学共振腔的光谱响应特性。
