Through analyzing of the characteristics of modular fixture structure, a fast collision detection approach (F-CD) by combining element-based spatial partitioning and bounding volume checking was proposed.

快速碰撞检测算法是虚拟环境下组合夹具装配设计的关键,针对组合夹具的结构特点,提出了一种基于元件级空间分割与包围盒检测相结合的快速碰撞检测算法(F-CD),通过建立检测区域的分层投影模型(LPM)实现最大限度的减少进行碰撞检测的元件对数,同时避免了建立复杂的层次模型树,降低了系统内存开销,提高检测效率。

A new principal space transformation method,based on the traits of process changing which could be classified into three scenarios including drifting,enlarging and abrupt changes,was proposed and applied to the Pb-Zn smelting process for adaptive fault detection.

针对铅锌冶炼过程工况快速变化和建模数据不完整导致故障检测统计模型失效的问题,首先将铅锌冶炼过程变化分为漂移,扩大和突变;然后针对不同工况变化采用不同主元空间变换算法,建立自适应统计模型,实现铅锌冶炼过程自适应故障检测;最后分别针对不同工况变化过程进行了3组试验,结果证明了主元空间变换算法的有效性。
