简要介绍了现行《危险房屋鉴定标准》的鉴定方法,针对确定房屋等级的最大值原则在某些情况下不太合理的问题,提出利用贴近度原则来确定房屋综合评定等级的方法,在一定程度上改善了最大值原则方法的偏差,使对既有建筑的等级评定更为准确合理。
