In this paper, the random method was used to measure the performance of a shaker mixer and estimate the mixing time, the maximum error of the degree of mixing.

文中采用随机方法测定了摆动式混合机的混合性能，估算了混合时间及混合度的最大误差并与Ｖ型混合机作了对比实验；采用扫描电子显微镜来观察混合物的微观形貌，并给出了定量测试结果，最终从理论和实验两个方面证明了摆动式混合机在粉体混合方面的优越性。
