本文以苏式二胡为研究对象，运用定性研究法、田野调查法、文化交叉法、双视角关照法、编年史法、比较研究法等方法并结合原始文献资料，就苏式二胡在我国二胡制作业中独占鳌头而经久不衰的影响，着重从苏式二胡兴盛的主要社会文化背景、演变历程、琴制特征、制琴大师及其特点等方面进行详细的分析和论证，并对其合理发展提出建议，最后，指出苏式二胡制作技艺作为“人类非物质文化遗产”的价值所在，重点在于其保护、传承、发展的对策。
