Measurements of the self-discharge rates of carbon-based tractive supercapacitors with 50 000 F were presented,and predicted the dividing point between fast-down range and slow-down range of curve with voltage and time by the method, which was combined ions diffusion mechanism with charge leakage.

通过对牵引型50000F大容量碳基超级电容的自放电率测试,采用离子扩散和电荷泄漏机制相结合的方法,预测了超级电容开路端电压随时间变化的快速下降区和缓慢下降区的分界点。
