Methods Seventy five patients with chronic insomnia were monitored by PSG all night in a correct way before and after nursing and treatment respectively.

方法对75例慢性失眠(症)患者,分别于治疗护理前后给予整夜PSG监测,注意监测方法正确,分析监测结果,区别心理生理性失眠与抑郁性失眠,根据不同类型的失眠采取针对性的护理措施。
